First Aid Restocking that comes to you

Don't have time to manage your first aid kits? Let Blue Healers come to you and make sure that everything is ready when you need it!

How often is that? We work to WorkSafe Australia guidelines the first aid kits be checked annually, but whether you need your kits checked yearly, every six months, quarterly, monthly, or on the third Monday of every second month, Blue Healers can find a time that works for you.

Our customers work in a wide variety of fields and on a number of different sites, so if you need multiple sites reviewed or different restocking timeframes for each site, get in touch and we'll see how we can help. 

Our Annual Review pricing is $79 (ext GST) plus the cost of the replaced consumables that have expired or been used during that period. This covers the initial 45 minutes on-site, which is ample time to review and restock two or three kits. For jobs longer than 45 minutes, an extended job fee of $15 for every 15 minutes Blue Healers is on-site will apply until the review and restocking has been completed.

For sites that require full- or multi-day support, a daily rate of $450 per initial staff member may apply. This takes the place of a call out fee and extended job fees, with standard consumable costs applied. Additional staff members can be organised in collaboration with your site for additional fees. 

Blue Healers also offers a loyalty program, where customers can engage Blue Healers for a set period of time (typically 12 months) for a reduced call-out fee. Both new and existing customers are eligible, with a greater discount offered for more frequent visits, so if you'd like to make some savings on your regular reviews and restocks drop us a line and we can have a chat about drawing up a contract. 

As the items managed by Blue Healers First Aid Restock are WorkSafe Australia mandated safety equipment, all fees associated with the supply and restock of first aid kits are tax deductible as a business expense. 

1. Organise a time for us to come to you and replenish your First Aid Kits and check your AEDs.
2. Arrive on site and review the first aid kits on hand.
3. Replenish any items that are out of date, have been used, or will expire before the next visit.  
4. Provide advice on future replacement requirements for all the equipment inspected.
5. All restocking is done in compliance with WorkSafe Australia standards.

Keep running out of one item even though the rest of your kit is untouched? If you're between restocks or need some specific supplies, ask us about dropping off a care package. For a $19 handling fee, we'll drop off your package the next time we're in the area, or we can post it to you, saving you the cost and hassle of organising a full review and restock.

Blue Healers' regular hours are 8:30-17:00, Monday to Friday, but we can provide reviews and restocks outside of those hours. This typically involves a $49 Irregular Hours fee, but give us a call and we can work something out.
